All the products hold the required technical documentation. Thanks to our qualified staff and in-house laboratory, we can introduce new products and constantly monitor their quality. Our own machine park and transport fleet help us meet the expectations of our business partners. On request, we provide training with respect to the use of ROYAL detergents.
“ROYAL” Sp z o.o. was established in 1990. For the first six years, the company was located in the town of Gietrzwałd, and since 1996, its management and the production plant have been located in the town of Jeziorany. Initially, “ROYAL” was a joint venture as an importer and retailer of cosmetics as well as domestic and motoring detergents. Our experience and technology have made it possible to launch a complete production line of professional chemicals within a short period of time. At present, all the products are made in Poland. On numerous occasions, “ROYAL” has been a sponsor of athletes and schools and has organised sports and cultural events. For many years we have been supporting the organisation of the Wielka Orkiestra Świątecznej Pomocy charity campaign. As we appreciate the role of sport and promote the spirit of sporting competition, we are a proud sponsor of the Local Indoor Football League in Jeziorany.
As customer satisfaction and the constant quality improvement of our products is our priority, in 2005 we implemented a quality management system complaint with the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
We operate on the Polish market through a network of regional representatives and a share of our products is also sold on the markets of the European Union and the Eastern Europe.
In 2009, we became an Authorised Distributor for Acrylmed TRADE – a manufacturer of swimming pool chemicals, sold under the brand name POOLMAN. Our sales and marketing staff underwent comprehensive training in the “Technology of cleaning swimming pool water and maintaining cleanliness in swimming pools” program and were awarded individual certificates.
